Welcome to REVIEW - LIFTER TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our website and application (collectively, the “Service”), or by clicking a button or checking a box indicating your agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy. This applies whether or not you are a registered user. Review-Lifter reserves the right to change these terms, with notification provided as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who use the Service (“Users”).
Please read this Agreement carefully to ensure you understand each provision. It contains a mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waiver clause requiring you to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration, meaning you waive any right to have these disputes decided by a judge or jury and to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Your Account
Accounts must be registered by humans. Automated accounts are not allowed and will be deleted.
You must be at least 13 years old.
You must provide a valid email address and any other information required during registration.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Review-Lifter is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Your personally identifiable information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Review-Lifter Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) while using the Service.
When you sign up, you will be required to agree to Review-Lifter’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy twice. Your IP address will be recorded as your signature when you check the box indicating your agreement and click submit.
1. Our Service
Review-Lifter is an online tool that allows users to send review and survey requests via sms and email to their business customers.
1.1 Eligibility
This is a legal contract between you and Review-Lifter Tech (OPC) Private Limited. You must read and agree to these terms to use the Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You may use the Service only if you can legally form a binding contract with Review-Lifter and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Any use or access by individuals under 13 is prohibited and in violation of this Agreement. The Service is not available to Users previously banned by Review-Lifter.
Review-Lifter reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against violations of these Terms of Service to the fullest extent permitted by law. Review-Lifter may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms. You acknowledge that Review-Lifter has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Service, but has the right to do so. Review-Lifter may remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at its sole discretion.
1.2 Limited License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Review-Lifter grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. Review-Lifter reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. This license may be terminated at any time without notice or cause.
1.3 User Accounts
Your account (your “User Account”) grants you access to the Service and its features, subject to our discretion. Different account types may have different access levels. If you open an account on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. By connecting to Review-Lifter with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password secure. Notify Review-Lifter immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. Review-Lifter is not liable for any losses from unauthorized use of your account.
You control your user profile and interaction with the Service through your settings. By providing your email address, you consent to us sending you service-related notices and other messages. You can opt out of non-service-related emails in your settings, but opting out may limit your ability to receive updates and offers.
1.4 Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice. We may also impose usage limits or restrict access without notice or liability. If your access is terminated, you remain bound by this Agreement.
1.5 Free Usage
You can send up to 10 review requests per day at no charge. Review-Lifter reserves the right to change this limit at any time.
2. Our Proprietary Rights
Except for your content, all materials on the Service, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are the property of Review-Lifter or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express permission. Unauthorized use of Review-Lifter’s content is prohibited.
Suggestions or feedback you provide to Review-Lifter about the Service are considered non-confidential, and Review-Lifter is free to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
3. Privacy
We value your privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Use of Email-Based Marketing
You agree that the contact information you use with Review-Lifter belongs to individuals you know, have done business with, or have obtained consent to contact. You must not use Review-Lifter for unsolicited emails. Review-Lifter is not responsible for email replies, and does not save customer replies, which are handled by third-party services. Review-Lifter does not guarantee email delivery, which may be affected by the recipient's email provider or other unknown factors. Review-Lifter is not liable for any consequences of sending emails.
5. Security
We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. Protect your password and log out after each session.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to third-party websites or services. Review-Lifter does not endorse or assume responsibility for these sites. If you access them, you do so at your own risk. Review-Lifter is not liable for any loss or damage from your dealings with third-party services.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review-Lifter Tech (OPC) Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.
